The living room can easily accommodate a small group, with furnishings
that are appealing and fabrics that are plush. This center of everything has
a bar, a large LCD flat screen television, and spectacular views of the Atlantic.
The dining table seats 6, the bar can seat 4 more or
make self-service a breeze. All of this opens onto the spacious balcony,
which seats an additional 4 for meals and has other casual seating as well.
In season, this home makes for generous and grand entertaining or
luxuriating space. From here you can watch gulls in the surf or keep an eye
on family down at the pool without ever leaving the comfort of home.
The fully-equipped kitchen contains new stainless appliances for all your
needs, including full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
This kitchen is spacious enough to accommodate your group dining in
continually should you so choose. Its openness allows you to never miss a
beat while preparing a meal. Or have a personal chef in and serve you. A

The master bedroom offers an exquisitely comfortable king bed and plenty
of space with a private en-suite and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom offers
a king bed as well, with a bath across the hall. Both bedrooms are
luxuriously appointed, with comfortable bedding, fine linens and lots of
organized closet space.
The 1800 complex has a large and nice central area with a generous pool,
spa, grills and chaises in which you might enjoy either sun or shade- all
within view of your balcony. Tennis and racquetball courts are available for
your use, as are gas barbecue grills on a first-come, first-served basis.
Just beyond, Smathers and Atlantic Beaches await, and the Atlantic surf
beckons. There are nature trails just next door; neighborhood streets for
sauntering along, or biking, and world-famous Duval Street is but a 10
minute bike ride away.
